ADVANCE FLYING ACADEMY
Most airlines do not offer completely free pilot training, but some have cadet programs that sponsor training with conditions. These usually require you to work for the airline after completing your training. Here are some airlines that have historically offered such programs:
Airlines with Sponsored or Partially Funded Pilot Training Programs
- Lufthansa (European Flight Academy) – Offers fully funded training, but you must pass rigorous selection.
- British Airways (Speedbird Pilot Academy) – Covers training costs, but spots are limited.
- EasyJet (Generation easyJet Pilot Training Program) – Provides funding options.
- Qatar Airways Cadet Program – Covers training, accommodation, and a stipend.
- Emirates Cadet Program – Free training for UAE nationals and selective sponsorships for others.
- Singapore Airlines Cadet Pilot Program – Offers fully sponsored training with a bond period.
- Air France Cadet Program – Covers training for selected candidates.
